I'M JESSICA.
Hi, I'm Jess. I am a survivor, speaker, NYT bestselling author of Impossible Odds: The Kidnapping of Jessica Buchanan and Her Dramatic Rescue by SEAL Team VI, podcast host, teacher and writing and speaking coach. I have spent the last ten years, in the aftermath of my traumatic kidnapping experience working through the pain of continual self-abandonment, and dealing with the results. It has been a journey, moving from that desert to the mountaintop of self-love, but I have reclaimed my voice, stepped into my power and channeled my courage into speaking my truth.
